Kazan Başında

Kazan Başında is a food program that visits a different region of Türkiye every week. Chef Şefik Atasoy prepares the region's traditional recipe with local producers and masters and tells the story of the ingredients.

• A written recipe card for the “cauldron” dish at the end of each episode

The program also runs an online sales page called “Kazan Başında Market” to give local producer cooperatives visibility. It averages 2.8 million weekly viewers.
